Bright ideas for Europe's machinery industry in challenging times

After three successful rounds, the event is entering its fourth round and will take place in Warsaw. Leaders of the European machinery industry will meet once again to exchange knowledge, explore current and future challenges and broaden their network. 

At the heart of the VDMA European Summit will be the VDMA Scenario Study, providing participants with new insights into how the machinery and equipment industry could evolve in the years ahead. The results will set the stage for discussions on topics such as artificial intelligence, China's rise, defence and security, and the broader geopolitical shifts shaping the machinery industry.

and so is the VDMA European Summit.

After Vienna, Amsterdam and Rome, the Summit is heading east to Warsaw in 2027. The VDMA European Summit has established itself as the most important European event for the European machinery manufacturers. Each year, it brings together 250–300 C-level representatives from across the sector.

 

As the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is a truly European industry, the VDMA European Summit takes place in important European cities relevant for the machinery industry like Vienna, Amsterdam, Rome and Warsaw. 

 

After that, in 2028, the journey will continue northwards, and Denmark will be the host country in 2028.
